Instructions

Read the tutorial: Read this whole tutorial before clicking the Fascard Login button above. By reviewing the tutorial, the steps will come easy to you. Note: the images in this tutorial are what you will see if you register from a typical computer. The same screens will look a little different on your smartphone.

Setting up your account: Click the Fascard link above to get to the login page. Allow about 15 seconds for the login page to load.

Before you can log into Fascard you have to create a Fascard account. So click the "Register" button.

Then enter your email address and press Send. Fascard will immediately send you an email with a registration code.

When your Fascard email arrives, enter the verification code from your email.

Fascard will then give you this success alert.

Next, fill in the registration form. Don't use any dashes for your phone number. Create a Fascard password. It must be at least 8 characters long and include at least one capital letter, one lower case letter, and one number. Remember this password. You will need it to use Fascard.

Fascard will then give you this success alert.

Now you can login to Fascard, using your email address and your Fascard password. You will be taken to an account balance / add value page.

Use this form to load cash value into your Fascard account. Fill out this form using the information from your credit card. The "Available Packages / Enter Amount" field is where you put the amount of money that you want to add to your Fascard account.

Once your account is funded, you can use your smartphone to activate certain washers and dryers.

Using the Fascard system: Let's say your account is funded. Go ahead and use your smartphone and click the button above to log into the Fascard site. Allow about 15 seconds for the Fascard site to load. Enter your email address and Fascard password when prompted.

Once you are logged into Fascard, you will see three buttons on the bottom of your smartphone screen. Account, Start and Locations.

Available machines: Press the Locations button to view the available machines. Choose Oasis Laundromat on the next screen. That takes you to the Location Details screen. Choose Available Machines.

That will show you all the machines and whether or not they are in use. You can see the machine number and it's capacity. Machine number 12 below is an 80 pound capacity washer.

Starting a machine: Press the Start navigation link at the bottom of your screen.

That takes you to the Start Machines page. You can choose your machine, and by pressing the Start Machine button, the machine will start and your Fascard account will be used to pay for the wash or dry cycle.
